Rehabilitation Services

Throughout one's lifetime, there may be an opportunity for a short-stay in a skilled nursing unit, designed to help rehab and return a person to their previous home, following a serious illness, injury, or hospitalization.

The Franklin United Methodist Community provides a Medicare approved skilled nursing Rehab Unit for its residents, as well as others from the Central Indiana area community who want quality care with positive outcomes. A tradition in the long-term care industry since 1957, Franklin United has employed outstanding nurses, therapists, and other professionals to serve the needs of short stay patients, helping them prepare for their return to their homes.

The outstanding facilities include comfortable rooms with 24-hour nursing care, 7-day a week therapy services, two therapy gyms with appropriate equipment, excellent meals, and the convenience for family visitors during your stay.

Rehab Services can accommodate 60 individuals and are under the direction of our Medical Director, who has many years of skilled nursing and rehab medical experience. Many people can qualify for the Medicare benefits, by meeting certain criteria.
