Independent Apartments

Lovely studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are available in Wesley Center. Each with its own bathroom, kitchenette, closet space, and emergency call system. Complete housekeeping and flat linen services are provided along with dining in our Wesley Center Dining Room.

Apartments are available with a variety of space options and services provided. Depending upon whether or not a resident is on the "independent" area or in the "assisted" area, services offered range from light duty housekeeping, meals, and personal laundry to a heavier concentration of licensed assistance from certified, qualified, and registered nursing staff. We have been providing assistance in living to all of our residents for over five decades.

Rental Apartments -- Month to Month

Persons who have adequate regular income may choose to rent an apartment at a specific monthly rate, without incurring the usual and customary entrance fee. The one-time entrance fee requirement is waived, as is the guarantee of life care which has traditionally been the hallmark of our community.

A "No Entrance Fee" option is especially attractive to persons who want to hold on to their assets, try out retirement living to see if it's the choice they want to make, or have adequate income and/or assets that they are not concerned about life care.

This will denote a higher monthly rental rate than those investing their assets in the traditional entrance fee. However, this allows the resident to utilize these funds for investment and to supplement their income needs. Therefore, giving individuals more flexibility with their finances and ultimate choice.
