Since 1957 our Community has provided excellence in retirement living to our residents. Excellence that allows retirees more independence, activities, social involvement, and choices for the level of assistance and care desired.

All this on an attractive 120-acre campus in Franklin, Indiana, just 22 miles south of Indianapolis.

A continuing care community allows active individuals great social opportunities with freedom from the chores of home ownership. Many of our residents are healthy, independent minded and are "planners" who are investing for the sake of addressing their future needs, while fulfilling their desire for community and fellowship. Most have chosen us for their retirement years to be in close proximity to their home, friends, and family. Other residents have relocated from various states across America.
